Orders

Select an item, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout by entering your contact details. A manager will contact you during business hours to confirm your order.
Payment is collected at checkout when you place your order.
Yes, up until the order has been prepared for shipping. After that, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
Please check your Spam or Junk folder. If the email is not there, contact us and we will help.
Please contact us as soon as possible — changes can only be made before the order is prepared for dispatch.
Stock quantities are limited. If another customer completes their purchase at the same time, the item may sell out before your order is confirmed. We recommend completing checkout promptly once you have selected your items.

Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you have questions, please contact us.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link where available. You can also contact our support team for a status update.
Every order is carefully wrapped in Looktop packaging, with particular attention to protecting your products during transport.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:
  • unused and in their original condition
  • in original packaging where applicable
  • with all original seals, hygiene stickers, tags and labels attached
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic products where hygiene seals have been broken, unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Contact us first with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We stock exclusively official products from trusted brands. Every item is authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorised distributor.
Ingredients and composition details can be found on the product page. There you will also find any relevant usage or care information.
Suitability varies by product and brand. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list on the product page before purchasing. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee restocking or specific timelines. We encourage you to check the website regularly for updates or subscribe to our newsletter to be notified about new arrivals.
