Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include, for example, card payment, online payment providers and other methods we may offer from time to time.

7.1.
The Store currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom only, unless stated otherwise on the website.
7.2.
Delivery methods, estimated delivery times and costs are displayed during checkout.
7.3.
Standard delivery time is typically 1–3 business days from the moment your Order is confirmed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you when the Goods are delivered to you or a person you designate.
7.6.
If a parcel is visibly damaged, we recommend that you check it in the presence of the courier and request a damage report, and contact us as soon as possible.

8. Right to Cancel (Consumers)

8.1.
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
8.2.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the Goods.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by post or e‑mail). You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

8.5.
You must send back or hand over the Goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the 14‑day period has expired.

You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
8.8.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Goods, whichever is earlier.
8.9.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
8.10.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed Goods which are not suitable for return if they were unsealed after delivery (for example, certain cosmetic products where hygiene sealing has been broken).
