Shipping methods

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom via trusted courier and parcel services. Available options and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e‑mail with a tracking link, where available. You can also contact our customer support team for a status update.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped in Looktop packaging, with particular attention to protecting your beauty products during transport.

Right to return

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This statutory right is described in more detail in our “Right of Withdrawal” information.

How to return

To return an item, please contact us first at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

• unused and in their original condition
• in original packaging where applicable
• with all original seals, hygiene stickers, tags and labels attached

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain cosmetic products where hygiene seals have been broken or packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping cost

Unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method as for the original purchase, unless a different method is agreed that does not incur additional costs for you.

Order cancellation before dispatch

You may request to cancel your order until it has been prepared for dispatch. Once your order is being prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you can still exercise your right to return the items after delivery, subject to the conditions above.
